Ordered tux two weeks ago , tux was not ready 2 day prior to event. Had to pick up the tux night befor event. Tux jacket to tight , could not even move . Pant 2 inches to short , Tie hook broke, showed up to the wedding looking like a fool. Told store clerk situation. He said sorry ,nothing they could of done anyways cause of the late pick up... Late pick up was due to your company , not my fault... Just thought you guys would like to know , why I am using other company for any further tux rentals.. Robert K Spencer
