I recently had bought a car and was thinking of who to trust to have it in good shape. I don't know the answer yet, but I know who not to rely on: Pep Boys. Their website said they are open till 8PM, so I made an appointment for, 6.30PM, drove all the way to the store, arrived 15 min BEFORE my appointment. And guess what happened: "Sorry we are closed for today, please come tomorrow!". If you don't work at 6.20PM, why on Earth do you give me an appointment at 6.30PM? Anyways, the lesson I learnt: Avoid this shop, not a trustworthy business at all.
