Last year we booked a vacation for April 2020 this vacation was cancelled by turnkey and no refund was offered, only a credit. When we tried to schedule another vacation using the credit we were told that we had to use the same property and that they could not price match because the dates were different. We would be happy to have the same dates as last year, but they are not available, so we tried to book for the next available weekend and were told that it would be an additional $1200 on top of the credit. All the dates through the rest of the year are double what they were last year and the turnkey refused to honor the price from last year, allow us to book at a different property, or give use a refund. This is unacceptable considering I can book the same type of condo for the same week at last year's prices if I could choose another property or receive a refund to book with a different company. User's recommendation: Do not give this company your money!!!
