I have made many of orders with this company, and other than our card getting compromised, they were great. I recently ordered 2 computers but they stuck in processing for over a week. When I called they told me the supplier that was selling the item was on vacation and they apologized for not knowing and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I am done with this company at this point. If they can't be reliable then they are of no use to me. Guess I will go back to Discount Electronics and Amazon. At least these companies have NEVER had my credit cards compromised so it should be a win win. So sad that so many of these people start up companies and have no idea as a successful business owner you have to cover your work for vacation not just close the doors until your back.
