Am highly disappointed in the technician sent to turn on my gas. I was in the alley dropping off what we don't need in the apartment when I noticed a beeping on my phone, immediately followed by voice mail while I called him back immediately and asked him to give me 5 to 10 minutes.. my daughter is the apartment but she's minor. He said ok, that was 10.21am and I started call him back from 10.28am but he refused to pick the calls. The technician really need to attend some customers service class in order to protect the image of People's Gas Company out there. Thank you
