My husband and I purchased these at clt airport on 10/20/17 on way out of the country. Receipt notes ciao, charlotte international airport, 356697, ja'mene. order 1896, 10/20 at 10:11am. store id cltcia01 total bill but $23.65 including a $2.39 bag of kettle chips. Worst sandwich I have ever had. the bread was stale and dried out for the most part, and 1/2 of one piece was wet when I opened the package. it had turkey, a slice of cheese, lettuce and tomato. completely dry - no condiments at all - no mayo, mustard, etc. nor was there any available at purchase or were we offered any. it was just a stale dry sandwich for which we paid the exorbitant price of $9.49. My husband's small wrap, for $9.99, was also dry without any type of condiment. It is absurd to pay this much money for something so awful and unappealing. just because you have a captive audience is not a reason to serve something like this. I assume it is because you buy the food and leave, and you never expect to have a complaint. I would like a refund for the price of the two sandwiches we purchased.
