I used TurboTax Live Basic, to file my Federal Taxes. The website says a tax professional will look over the return before it is filed. The website also says they guarantee that I will get the maximum tax return or they will refund my money. I later found out that I was supposed to put $1800.00 on line 30 of my return and that would cause me to get the $1800.00 stimulus check from the IRS. I did not do that and TurboTax did not catch the error, so I did not receive the $1800.00 Stimulus check. I now have to file an amended Tax return which the IRS is saying will take (16) weeks to process. I could have used numerous free on-line tax preparation services and filed my Taxes, but I paid TurboTax $80.00 to look over my return and my return was filed incorrectly. I would like TurboTax to refund my $80.00, I called customer Service and they directed me to a place on their website that says once I file my taxes, I am no longer entitled to a refund, as filing means acceptance of their service
