Update by user Jul 29, 2020 No cooperation on replacement tree, only gift certificate that you MUST use which is deducted from min order IF you place another order Original review posted by user Jul 29, 2020 Tulip Tree died, sent photos of dead trunk, they DO NOT REFUND or REPLACE anything and good luck in getting someone to answer their number. They give you a credit for LESS than the cost of the tree, then you have to spend $100 to use it. These people are a joke and should be put out of business by Filing a Complaint by phone or writing with the Ga. Consumer Div. with Ga. Attorney General. I'm stuck with a credit that I can't use as I will NEVER deal with them again. User's recommendation: Buy from Fastgrowingtrees. They WILL stand behind what they sell. File complaint with GA Atty Gen. for them.
