TSA embarrassing

We flew out of OIA 5/10. The electronic info at TSA told us a wait of 18-22 minutes. ONE HOUR LATER, we were still in line. Many of the conveyor belts were not manned and were not live. The lines for the belts had backed up so much the TSA agents couldnt process people (by scanning boarding pass and looking at your ID) because then there was no where to put them while they waited to get their luggage scanned. We would have missed our flight except we found out (in line) our flight was delayed. User's recommendation: Recommendation is to TSA. Get your act together!!!!!
