Trying to transfer money

I'm trying to get help and the dam robot want give me a dam min.to get my dam card out of my billfold.then when I got it and put my card number in the dam robot hung up.i need somebody to help me get my 400 dollars back off this green dot *** and u will never hear from me again I promise u that.now can I speak to a live person please.
