Trying to talk with someone from Customer Service

I have been trying to talk with someone about my VIP status and free shipping and 10 % discount. I have been unable to log in to the site because it is asking for a password and I do not have one. For the last 3 days I have been trying to get in touch with customer service. I waited 20 min. one day, 30 min. the next day and so far today I have waited 35 min. This is so unacceptable. I have ordered from Serengeti for a number of years . I will not be ordering from you again! User's recommendation: Have someone answer the phone!!!!
