Trying to talk with a person directly

Chase gave our mortgage to Bayview and I'm trying to talk to a human and/or register an account. All I get on the phone is you go in circles and tried to register online and the have technical difficulties on that page. I feel this is a scam to force a foreclosure. Really would like some help
