Trying to return wig but receiving no response from ebonylone

I received a wig from Ebonyline 2 weeks ago, tomorrow. Unsatisfied with unit after seeing color. They have a return within 7 day policy and I've emailed and requested my RMA# as they ask you to do. NO RESPONSE!!!!!! Does someone have a way for me to get this returned and/or get my money back. Huge scam and I'm pissed since I have a brand new unwearable wig and it's like they are avoiding my requests to return to them? Thank you.
