Trying to return a dress and I am unsuccessful

I can't get a hold of anyone to help me return a dress I ordered, but don't want. The website doesn't take me to the correct site for a return label. Can someone please help me? User's recommendation: undecided.

》 No response from email sent to return items and get refunds. The quality of items received are extremely of poor quality and looked used and very old. Materials and sizes is not as described on line.
