Trying to resolve my order. The people at live chat wont deal with it.

I have trying to resolve this order. I've been in contact with the people from live chat every day for over 3 weeks. They usually put me off until the next day. Today they just will not respond. Please see all of the live chat history regarding order WA9277****. I have decided to cancel this order. Nobody will help me with it. This order was never delivered.
