Trying to renew and can’t.

I am trying to renew my membership and it won't let me. The card you have on file was compromised so I'm using a new card. Also I have a new zip code. Is that the problem? By the time I get my renewed membership it will be too late to send the card I want to send. I may just forget the whole thing.
