Trying to reach Customer Service

Re: Order# 200794**** I have tried calling 1-80*-223-**** for 2 days. I waited yesterday for 35 minutes. Today I called @ 8am and recording said there was "0" wait time. Not true. No one answers at all. Regarding the above order, I do not need my money back, I just need the following resolved one way or another: UPC 979******** - Wind Resistant Soft Shell Jacket (black) ordered MEDIUM / Received a SMALL. UPC 571373****519 - JJEStructure Knit Crew Neck / Received a LARGE with black spot on front - need MED I would appreciate being contacted in order to try to resolve the above. Barbara Driscoll cell 631-521-**** bdriscollre@***.net User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from Lord and Taylor on-line because they can send you anything they want and if it isn't correct, you have no recourse. Evidently all sales ARE FINAL, even if the item is the wrong size. Only buy in person after you have inspected the item. There is no customer service anymore!
