Trying to make payment

We are still having issues with payments. We have never received a payment book or any kind of statements. Each time weve had to call in to make a payment and then we are charged a fee to do it that way. We were told at time of lease that we would receive a payment book with which to make payments. Please rectify this problem User's recommendation: Get payment issue at time of purchase.
