Trying to make an exchange

Store says open but isnt. It was open last week but I couldnt try the clothing on. I bought it and brought it home to try on but now I need to exchange it and the store has been closed for days with no explanation. No one answers the phone either. I was assured when I made the purchase that I could neing it back for a refund or exchange.
