Trying to join RCI
I got disconnected on first call and he was not patient. Second call was more informative but both representative were too young to have any patience skills. You need to hire patidnt, more helpful people. They spoke really fast, like they just needed to tend to the next caller. No congeniality at all! But at least the second person was informative - just needed to allow down.
