Trying to get the coins added to my plutus doll game

I have contacted Fyber customer support for completing a game Casino-House of fun Casino, and also completed an offer for the Net Spend application it is supposed to be adding 23,761,143 coins added to my total of over 5,000, 000 I'm not sure of the exact amount but I just need these coins to be added to my balance that I have earned for completing these request . Thank you for anything that you could do to help me in this matter.
