Trying to get someone to help me reset my password

I try to log in with the password I thought I had. Im trying to get someone to send me a code just to reset a new password. Have not heard a word from anyone. Im able to get on my Nordstrom account but NOT on the Nordstrom Rack account. Any help would be appreciated.
