Trying to get product back

I sent my air fryer back, because the door broke. I have since bought a air grill. I ordered a flat for grill. Have not received air fryer back yet. I have an extended protection plan. Will never buy another product from tristar again.dont buy User's recommendation: Dont buy tristar products.
