Trying to get new service for commercial property

So far today I have spent an hour and 45 minutes on hold have been able to talk to 3 different ladies and not a one could do the order, Each one transferred me to someone else that could not get a ticket for this order,,,electric company monopoly just look at the reviews, I'm a commercial property for Christs sake they should be able to do this after all how many businesses are in Nashville ,so have been writing this while on hold and someone else answered ( that's4 ),,,,,,SHE COULDN'T HELP ME EITHER User's recommendation: It's a monopoly folks.
