Been trying for three days. To talk to some live human. Ordered leaf collectors, they charged my account. and have tried to get status on delivering and the order number is invalid. they will not answer the phone tried to chat and after three hours. holding on the phone and with the chat on their web site. was disconnected. and this has happened for the last three days. I own a lawn tractor and other tools they make and this the worst customer services I have ever experienced ever User's recommendation: do not buy from this company. the have no respect for there customers.
