I have been trying for years to get a loan modification which I did but after making the payments on time, they then denied me. I was also sending in the monthly payments on time. They started holding my checks and after months they would send them back asking for the reinstatement amount. Now I have someone helping me with money so I could pay this mortgage off. Now they are giving me problems on getting a payoff amount. I requested it three times and each time they said it would be emailed to me and as of today date I haven't received anything. They said they can't give it to me I have to call their attorney, and the number they gave was incorrect. I feel I'm getting the run around. I need help to prevent them from taking my house that I work so hard for.
