Trying to get a item purchased ( wheel hub assembly) on warranty

I ordered 3 wheel Hub Assembly for my 2014 Dodge Journey 4cyc., 2.4 L After many email back and forth, I was told a replacement part would be mailed in 3-5 days, which is great! Then I get another email stating that according to my vehicle vin number, the all wheel drive hub assembly does not match my car this voiding the warranty and the replacement. The thing is that the all wheel drive assembly is to the rear of my vehicle. The defective hub is for the front of my 2014 Dodge Journey, which is a total different part number and wheel Hub Assembly. Its becoming to get overwhelmed. Just my my correct part warranted as stated... it has a 10 year warranty.... hasnt even been 7 months. Ticked in Texas User's recommendation: Beware.
