Bought a 2014 Safe step. Now pump is leaking water and it is impossible for me to (1) get a straight answer from 800 phone number and (2) get contact info of service person even though I told the last 5 people I talked to on the 800 number that I was willing to pay for the repair. What is frustrating is that the company was quick to take my money, but dragged their feet on everything else. They should have a disclosure that tells buyers that once you pay your $15,000 they basically disappear. I need help and can not get it.
