Trying to find out how to use credit

I had tickets to see Journey/Pretenders which of curse was cancelled in June 2020. I was told I would receive a 120% refund which I had until November 4, 2021 to use. Now I have been trying to find out how to use this credit and no one will respond. Have tried email and phone and texting. order #[protected]. Plus there are no shows for me to use it at.
