Trying to contact you for 2 days people at your store on fraser st in van bc

on hold for hour and half then you disconnect call. you sent threating letter to bill me 500.00 if i dont get in touch. went to your office .not set up to take payment and give proof of payment.yesterday on hold again got some one they said go to store .as stated went to store. no help in resolving your issue.you should pay me for five hours of my time. not used servvice for year went back to chatter . they know how to answer phone. .,,yhey prpofre User's recommendation: freedom is impossable to cancel.they keep running up bill .hoping you pay to get rid of them.
