Nest has never contacted me. It keeps saying that I need to turn. Cookies on, which I have done both on my phone and in my Google account. When I first purchased nest i was able s to get rhem on rhe phone quite easily . Not true now, cant enen collect via internet. I am going to have to purchase a new system and believe me it will NOT be Nest/Google. User's recommendation: Steer clear of Nest products.
