Trying to collect for an item I paid for.

I was told that I would be given a 15% discount if I opened a charge account with them. I opened the charge account and paid my bill in full. They tried to collect again and now have turned me over to a collection agency for a huge amount that I don't owe. User's recommendation: Do no shop with Pier 1 Imports!
