Trying to charge my card an xtra pymt

I was told with special 4th payment free. I just paid third payment and it said 4th payment due Dec 1. Needless to say I have no proof but our phone conversation so my credit cards not paying it. Do they have no corporate number. User's recommendation: Always check reviews.
