Trying to change my password to open my account won’t let me use my credit card

Hi I was off of black people meet for a few months.And I lost my password or forgot it.Im trying to log in and its telling me to crest a new password which I was trying too out in my credits card information and its saying no records.Ive been using this card for 2 years.
