Apria is almost impossible to get hold of! I've spent 35 minutes calling, trying to contact them on their website and finally....calling AGAIN to walk through a long ridiculous procedure to leave information for them!!!!!!!!!! They appear to only know how to speak in generalities and never provide any helpful information. All that I can say is JUST COME AND GET IT! We will never do business w/you again nor will we recommend you.
