Trying get a recliner chair either fixed, replaced, or my money back.

I purchased two Catnapper recliners with heat and message on March 13, 2020, we received the chair the end of May, and by November the one chair's frame was bent and no longer reclined. We called a number of times and finally in December we got the appointment for March for someone to come and look at the chair. On March 12, 2021 the man came looked at the chair, took pictures and said the would either replace or fix the chair and we would hear within 3 to 5 days what the plan would be. Well here it is March 27th, 15 days later and we still have not heard a word from anyone. I am so disappointed with the way this has been handled, and truthfully I want them to take the chair and give me my money back $339.99, and I will no longer buy any furniture from Boscov's.
