When I tried to renew by your site it would not recognize the street address given for one free subscription nor the credit card information I always use for purchases and even used for renewal in the past. According to your site “The Pay Type you selected is not valid for your region”. Since my attempt to e-mail was unsuccessful as the site apparently is no longer functioning, and I have no patience to wait a long period for a person to answer the so called help line I feel there is no real assistance available. I almost refused to send in the renewal since your site does not work, and may next time.
