The UPS store at 885 South college Mall road is about one of the worst if not the worst UPS store I've ever been in. The lines are long especially on a Saturday the help is incompetent and the managers really suck they have bad attitudes. Even their district manager he was there the day I was at the store and I asked him how much time left before I could get my package handed to them. he said that I needed to wait and if I didn't like it to bring the package to another store. please wait and didn't answer me very rude the help was rude when I bought the package and handed it to them they slammed it around roughly like they were mad.I never had this kind of service before at a UPS store again I advise everybody to go to another store to mail their packages. I've also heard complaints from buddies of mine about this place a four or five people tell me they had problems with it rude help especially the woman who manages it.
