My 80 year old mother called the norman oklahoma I-35 and main made and appointment for an oil change tires rotate and check the brakes. She left the car there went and ate for an hour then came back just to have to sit and wait for another 3 1-2 hours and only got the tires rotated. They kept assuring her it would only be a little longer after several visits to the desk to ask about her car! After the final time she demanded her keys so she could leave and was still assured it wouldnt be much longer! She left very upset and crying over this stupid situation. You should feel terrible for doing this to anybody expecially the elderly that make appointments to get her car taken care of. I dont think she will ever come back to your store again and have probly lost several dependable customers.
