I purchased 2 tickets for the Bad Boys 3 movie I checked out as a guest and have not received my email confirmation for the tickets. I called the 1-80*-326-**** customer service number and it was a automatic system. It directed me back to the Fandango app under my purchases and my order was not there. I also spoke with a online rep Devin F and he was awful. He acted as though he didnt want to help me. I am very frustrated with this company and the process. I would recommend using another movie purchasing site if possible
