A true scam company! I rented a car from Green Motion in Stansted last year in February. First thing that happened was that we had to wait for quite some time before they gave us the car. They gave us the car in half daylight and put one side of the car against a hedge so we could not see one side of the car. But we saw the scam coming and had a look at that side of the car and it was of course all scratched up so we could make a comment about every single scratch at the whole car before taking it. We thought we were clever, but they found out a different way of scamming us for our money. I was fined twice for crossing the Dartford Bridge and Green Motion contacted me to hand me the fine and asked me to pay it and I did first thing. They also took £105 out of my credit card just for giving me this information. I thought this was the end of my story with Green Motion. Guess what? No, they contacted me again through a debt collecting company called INTEGRA chasing me of £ 171 extra for some kind of administration cost. This is more than one year later! Integra can't be contacted by phone and will only communicate through e-mail. At first INTEGRA didn't want to tell me why I owe Green Motion more money but after some e-mails they say it is because Green Motion paid my toll fee. I have proof of paying for that myself and Green Motion says this is an extra administration cost. If I don't pay, They will take my case to County Court for Judgement (CCJ) against me and they will contact credit reference agencies so this will affect my ability to obtain credit in the future. In addition, court costs will be added to my outstanding balance. This feels like black mail. This is black mail. I will of course never pay and I can't for my life understand how Green Motion still is in service.
