Truck that was rented was not longer available the day of our move
Update by user Oct 03, 2020 I called and they told me that even though I had given a credit card I was not guaranteed a truck in the contract and said I cancelled that morning of the 11th that is an outright lie on their part. They hung up on me when I stated just that they took my credit card even though they are not liable to have a truck at my disposable. Shame on them. Original review posted by user Oct 03, 2020 We planned to move from Rhode Island to Florida. I rented a truck from budget rental. I secured the truck in august, 3 weeks before we needed it. They told me the day before they could not find a truck. Really how does that happen? They are the most unreliable company I have ever had to deal with. They did not feel at all bad about our situation. I had closed on our home, and we needed to be out. I gave them plenty of time they were a nightmare to work with. There were individuals that did not even get back to me. PENSKIE IS THE WAY TO GO THEY WERE LOVELY AND THE YOUNG WOMAN I TALKED TO WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND HAD THE TRUCK DRIVEN OVER AN HOUR AWAY TO OUR LOCAL HOME DEPOT User's recommendation: I recomend PENSKIE.
