Truck # 6601M is in bad condition, Breaks not working Properly, has erratic idle, and when in first gear truck has difficulty stopping.

I almost rear ended a car at JFK Blvd, Truck has difficulty stopping at red light, I was able to quickly put the lever into neutral putting the truck into sudden stop thus I avoid rear ending a car ahead of me. With 103,705 mileage, surely Uhaul has very poor preventive maintenance. I was very nervous driving and I couldn't believe Uhaul is such unreliable car rental.
