Troubleshooting quadri fire pellet stove

We're looking for technical information from the manufacturer Quadra-Fire who doesn't want to do that, they want us to go to our local dealer who's backed up and says 2 weeks for any part that we want to buy. I'm using the troubleshooting in the manual or "you tube" when the manufacturer probably knows exactly what's wrong and doesn't even want to give us any support. User's recommendation: Don't buy a product that the manufacturer won't give technical support on!
