Troubleshooting problems

I just recently got the silhouette portrait 3 and Ive been having a lot of technical problems with it. For one, one of the things i was trying to print out, stickers, the portrait was cutting differently than what was on screen. And another time the portrait would register the registration marks even when i manually inputted them. Can I get some tech support for all of these problems?

I also need help, I'm not quite a layman, but orientation of the pictures changes while printing, I can't do anything. Did somebady help you?
