Trouble with audible on main T.V.
I pay an extra fee to have tech's come out to determine the problems. In order to get Netflex on my small bedroom T.V. I have to figure out how to connect. I am not A.I. savvy so what service do you offer elderly customers who can barely see and for sure can't process instructions to become a tech? I have had this service for many years; does that not count for anything? User's recommendation: At this point NO.
