I purchased and downloaded battlefield 4 however when i launch the game the online feature of the game is unavailable, i have reset my internet, reset my console and even looked for help through friends and online support however my issue remains. I recieved an email stating that i now own the game and that all non pre-order conntent was available but the game still refuses to load the multiplayer feature, a solution would be a refund for thirty dollars or help making the issue resolve
