I tried to open website to pay bill. it will not open. trouble started 2 weeks ago. I never had trouble like this before. it is like website doesn't exist. is there a problem and when will it be resolved. it is not my computer or internet because this is the only site with this issue. Im sure I am not the only person having this problem. I made my payment the old fashion way.. over the phone. who can you call for technical support.
