Disgusting. When I asked for a refund they ripped off over half the usual amount(mind that there were still months left before the flight). When I asked why,they replied that it was due to the airlines refund policy. So I tracked it down and found out tripair took more than two times the amount that the airlines would have. Customer service then replied that I had not paid taxes,etc, when I had actually paid 30 euros more than was said on skyscanner. This is a flimsy,shoddy company that only wants to take your money and has uncaring customer service(they never apologize, btw, just try justifying that they deserve your money!) Go with a big well known company like expedia or the airlines itself. This scam of a company will only be a bad experience for you.
