Tripair not responding

I had booked two flights via tripair. In view of COVID 19 the flights are cancelled. The airline has suggested that refund only possible through booking travel site tripair in this case. Despite daily calls and daily mails directly and through the website, the site is not responding. There is just no response whatsoever Eben after 8 days of trying. How do I get them to respond Really frustrating... User's recommendation: Freaking awful website must avoid.
